Who cares? Looks like a beach buggy. Most of those places the speed limit is 40mph and probably gets 50 miles a year put on the Jeep. It will never be wheeled most likely. It looks good. Good for him. Their are a lot more dangerous vehicles that drive around those rich areas. The saying “round the town brakes” comes to mind.
