Front parking light trouble

My front parking light does not work. The turn Signal works when parking lights are not on. I have changed the bulb , I have changed the bulb holder, I have checked the wiring behind head light . Could the problem possibly be a short in the head light switch

It’s just the front driver side. Passenger side works

How is the headlight ground wire? I always check for power, and then the ground before chasing other directions.
