Front seat back adjustment device

My 2000 SE has the highbacked front seats. The passenger seat has (lumbar-or angle) adjusters on each side of the seat. No knobs present, just splined shafts on each side about 1/2" in diameter with a screw hole in the middle (guess to hold on a knob)
The driver seat has no adjustment for back of the seat at all. Nothing there. Sure am glad it is set good for me ...ha ha.
No telling what has been done to this this jeep. Surely it didn't come from factory like this ??
Anyways.....any ideas on where I can find the knobs to fit on the passenger seat adj. shafts ??

Maybe another jeep/chrylser product has a similar knob on it at the jy?
