Front track bar relocation questions

Has anyone completed this mod?
I'm having trouble with the Currie D44HP making contact with my MetalCloak track bar. I adjusted the front arms 3/4 back but it's still making contact and now the tires are not able to have full upward travel. I'm looking at this relocation bracket. Pros, Cons?

I wouldn't trust a MC track bar not to do that. A Currie track bar should not have any issues.

Depends on several specifics to his setup.

I reshaped my front Currie/RockJock track bar to clear the factory Rubicon 44 cover twice. First, to regain up travel while pushing the axle forward into the limit of the track bar bracket. Second, again after moving the factory track bar bracket as far forward on the frame as the pitman arm would allow for more front stretch.

This is good news, as Jerry mentioned, if the Currie bar works that will be the best option. I never considered rebending the trackbar but that may work if I have enough length to thread out after the bend. Grinding and rewelding a track bar bracket does not sound like a fun weekend.

There is plenty of thread.

Removing and relocating the frame side bracket is miserable work. But you do it if you need things to be where they otherwise wouldn't fit.
