1997 Jeep Wrangler Tj 2.5 4cyl 5spd man trans.
Bought jeep a few weeks ago. Crank over but not start. Replaced Crank sensor and fired right up. Ran for a few hours and died. Heard no humming from fuel pump. Replaced fuel pump. No go. Still cranks and cranks. No hum from pump. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Bench tested the old and new pumps and they work fine. Pretty pissed but F-it... Replaced fuel pump relay still nothing. Checked for power at the fuel pump wire harness and nothing at all. Off subject but maby not... Checked for power at fuel pump relay spot in fuse box under the hood and its wierd to me but there is only power when key is off. When key is turned to on position no power. Is that normal or no??? Anyway. tried everything i can think of short of replacing the ECU and nothing. Before i replace ECU is there anything i missed?
