Ok, here's where I'm at. Jeep #1 (98), everything works as you would expect. I wired up some accessories and all the switched fuses/wires work as they should.
Jeep #2 (2000) - This is the Jeep I started this thread for originally...this one seems like its a mess. Electrically everything seems to work; lights, radio, turn signals etc. However, all fuses in the glove box and the separate switched & unstitched wires are all HOT all the time. Now that I think about it, the radio is a little wonky. If you turn the key off real fast and take it out the radio will stay on. If you turn off key slowly and take it out the radio will stay off.
Where would I even begin to look for the issue?? Also, anyone know what the relay in the glove box is for? I attached a few pics.
