Gauge light upgrades

'04 TJ has #103 bulbs with a removable blue sleeve over them.
It seems the #103 bulb isn't available anymore.
What are you folks using as replacements that still retain the factory look/brightness?

Pretty sure the 103 is a 74 with a blue cover on it.
