For those running Genright fenders, what are you using for side/turn signal lights? I bought a set of Blaine's 3 wire LEDs for the front, but need something on the side.

I don’t know if they were with Genright fenders, but someone had post a little while back that they used these for a side marker light I think.

I bought the GR kit. I wouldn't buy it again. I've replaced the cheap 3/4" ambers with some much better Truck-Lite versions. If I were to do it over, I'd just get four of the Truck-Lite 3/4" ambers.

I changed to headlights that had a turn signal built in.

I think others have done the JK lights in the grille. I didn't want to modify the stock grille. I'm happy and never think about it.

Get another set from Blaine (and run it as a 2 wire?).

I talked to someone local who told me they had light failures. That's the primary reason I didn't buy their kit!

Those look tough and useful.

I’ve got the Genright set up- so far so good but we live in the best era for small lights. LEDs are great.

I may end up doing this by installing a second set from Blaine on the inner fender. I'll need both the side markers and turn signals to pass inspection in VA though.

That stinks. Locally they pass because of how they mount on that corner gusset which angles them a little. I think they just technically have to be visible from the side towards the front? I don't know the exact wording.

I just run jk turns and have not had any issues in 4 years fwiw.

I ended up buying the GR kit with the fenders. Then, before installing, I found the MetalCloak dual-use marker/turn signal front light.

So my setup isn't the cheapest but got me what I wanted:

Side Marker (I installed GR after seeing @AndyG's use of them and liked the look - I wanted a side turn signal because we have a lot of double-lane roads around here and I want the person next to me to know to get the F&%* out of the way lol):

This gave me the setup I wanted with markers up front and turn signals on front and side. I think you're use of the BMB at the front and in the wheel well will give you a similar outcome. I actually was thinking of something similar with just using the circular LEDs before I settled on this setup.

I know what I’m buying - good set up. I had no idea you could get those. Good job. Build looks good.

I think he’s referring to side facing lights, not the forward facing ones.

The GR fenders don’t really have a place to mount anything directly on the side. The angled front edge with the 3/4” Amber is all I use for a side marker. Something could be mounted underneath on the inner fender, but like @Longwhitejeep said, I’m not sure how Virginia law states the side marker must be mounted, but I counted the 3/4” Amber on the angle as a side marker.

Do turn signals have to wrap around the side of the rig? Mine are just on front. Never had an issue. YMMV.

Yeah I assumed with the angle if the gen right 3/4 round led in the gusset hole, that was side mount enough.
