Getting the frame sandblasted—how far to take the disassembly?

Well, I've always thought I can do just about anything with a bottle jack and some lumber.

Here is a link to my frame swap I did years ago: https://hv4w.org/galleries/?ga_id=32

As you can see in the photos, I did a bit of "redneck" engineering on getting the tub off the frame. You can't see well in the rear where I used shorter lolly columns. Hey it worked while I was busy working on the frame.

I always say these Jeeps can be taken completely apart with some basic tools, a jack and an engine hoist.

I was thinking about constructing a wood 4 post rig that goes under the top of the rollbar and just jack up each corner 1/4" or 1/2" at a time

Well, this should at least get me by until I get the body off some day. Better in appearance than the heavy rust. Not a long term fix by any means.
