Good Mopar Waterpump Alternative?

The best price I can find on the Mopar waterpump (4626054AF) for my 1998 4L Wrangler cost $195.36 at the Mopargiants.com. The knock-offs are around $40.
Is there a quality alternative, or definitely stick with the Mopar? Thanks.

Gates supposedly makes a good replacement. Steer clear of store brands like Duralast from AutoZone.

The new part number to use as of about 4 years ago is 68382489AA. It is worth the cost.

Gates died on me in about a year, about the same amount of time all the other non-Mopars do

Been running a Gates since 2015 without a problem and my son ran one on his XJ, no problems at all.

Been running a gates for almost two years and no issue yet. Though its probably worth mentioning that shortly after install the jeep became a garage queen. So there may be only a few thousand miles on the gates pump.
