Sorry to hear about your buddy. I'm a Cattle Dog guy and love seeing pictures of Angus. It's hard losing a long time friend, but remember all the fun times you had together and know that he loved you as much as you loved him.

I have 3 dogs and two are getting old. My 12yo Golden Doodle is having problems standing up. Not sure how much longer he will be around. He has a vet appointment this Saturday.

Sorry to hear that, suicideking. We just went through the same scenario with our dog Roxy a few weeks back. I hope your vet visit brings good news. It's tough seeing a 100% faithful companion's health fail like that...
Ty sir. They definitely don't live long enough. Getting a new dog helps soften the blow for me. Though I still miss one of my dogs from 20+ years ago.
I don't know if I believe in heaven. If heaven does exist, you get reunited with all of the dogs you had in the past. And some (not all) of your relatives lol.
Me, too. However, my wife is the opposite. She always says, "no more dogs" when we lose one. The last time we lost a dog, she said that, and a few months later, she went back home to visit family for a week, and a stray came into my life (Roxy, the dog we recently lost), so I kept it. Boy, did I have some 'splaining to do when she returned home
