Waiting on my Hanes manual to come in but how many grease fittings are under the TJ ?

7 is correct unless the U joints have been replaced with greaseable ones.

Nothing wrong with the question, glad you found the answer. I'd say some of the more interesting things I've learned about the TJ were from answering what I thought were very simple questions. What @JKP posted is a perfect example, can't hurt to check your driveshafts to see if you've got some there.

Yeah, I would forget about the Haynes and use the FSM.
