Hard pull to the right when breaking, hard left pull when accelerating

So I was driving home and out of nowhere my 97 started pulling to the right bad when accelerating and when braking it went hard to the left. And when I got in 3rd it seemed to slow down while pushing the gas while pulling like crazy. I was thinking my calipers might be stuck.
That was yesterday. It sat all night and this morning it got me to work fine no issues.
Any ideas?

Caliper sticking my first thought. Pull them apart and clean them real good. I’ve seen hoses fail too and not allow fluid to return after pressure relief but cleaning is free and easy. Start there.

I would look at trackbars and mounts, then steering links and then control arms.
