Has Anyone Gone From Crossover Steering To Stock?

So the guy before me put on a crossover steering kit a few years back. I've never been a fan of them both for their looks and function, as pointed out by @Chris and @Jerry Bransford on multiple threads here. Not to mention the Crossover Steering is getting looser and looser and rattles like no other when I'm driving on bumpy roads. Even around town if I hit a good bump it makes a noise that's starting to bug the crap out of me. Anyway, with that being said, has anyone here gone from Crossover back to Stock? Was it easy?

Possible but not easy. You'll also have to replace the knuckles due to them having been drilled out to work with the crossover.

just a noise or rattling doesn't quite sound right? if things were that sloppy 1 might suspect some other worser symptoms?

Cheap heim joints are common on crossover steering systems and they wear/get loose pretty quickly. That would cause them to get noisy without a dramatic change to its already shitty steering traits.

That's exactly what it is. I didn't mention it in the first post but I can literally move the Crossover rods with my hands with minimal force. the joints are where they move. Crappy setup all around.
