Heat soak

Heat soak issues continue after installing new heat shield and injector rap. I went with the expensive one that I seen in post. I have done the same for 3 other tj 99,2000,2003 with success. I have a 04 rubicon. I have been rotating #3 injector to see maybe helped a little. Still rotating to see if I can find the 2 o’clock spot.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Im sure someone has posted this before. I’m just not having any luck find one. Thanks in advance

Hood vents, wrapping headers in exhaust wrap, and modifying the fuel rail for a return system are all methods others have employed.
