Heater vacuum actuator replacement

Hi there
I have determined with all the helpful posts that i need to replace the defrost door vacuum actuator. Does anyone know how to release it from its mount? I don’t want to break the plastic tabs that hold it in place.
2000 TJ also can’t find a replacement online so off to the junkyard i guess

At the jeep junkyard with a disasembled dash i was ble to see there is a pry tab on top of the actuator that releases it. Without releasing it would likely do damage so glad I found the solution
