Anyway all good now

Questions.

What’s the best soft top roof?

What’s the best rear door hinges?

Can you repaint the hard top to a gloss finish, how.

Does the placement of the steering wheel cause a major issue?

The best soft tops are from Bestop who is the OE supplier to Jeep for factory soft tops.

The top can be painted gloss. You’ll need to find a reputable paint shop to do that.

Most folks like Bestop for the soft top, I use rampage bowless top, Ive had 2, one leaked like crazy, this one seems fine.
if you talking about hinges for the tailgate, Moyride are great.
I'm sure you can paint your top, check the TJ resourses section, Im sure someone here has done it.

Your gonna catch hell for the grill around here, if you like it, don't let them get you down.

Nah, there are some minor differences in wiring, and a couple parts are RHD specific. And RHD are just way more rare, but maybe less so on your side of the pond?

I love the angry face grill, I think the original grill is bland and that’s being generous.

I’m also after a “logo’d” hard case spare wheel cover, don’t seem to be many about .

Best solution I've found is to have 2 jeeps. 1 to keep the old school traditional guys happy. 1 for the angry grill.
