Help diagnosing noise issue

I have 04 Jeep TJ having issue with noise? Sounds like rotation? It’s been at the dealership three time I’ve had front wheel bearing replaced and UJOINT rear ebrake and rotors and brakes replaced in rear. And I have noticed that at speed braking hard seems to stop noise but it comes back ? They have no idea what’s or were it’s coming from and it seems like there just tossing parts on and it’s costing me $$$$. Any ideas would be awesome

What type of noise? A metal on meal sound? A vibration? Etc

Does the noise only occur with the vehicle in motion? Does it get louder when turning, or go away when straight? Does the noise change when driving in 4HI?
Can you post a video of the noise?
