So I’m needing some people with trying to find what is making this noise. It randomly started and I haven’t done any harsh riding it makes allot of noise and my pressure gauge is jumping probably from a lack of oil or failing oil pump.

kinda looks and sounds like the exhaust is sitting on the skid and vibrating, grab some closer pictures of that area could only see it for a second in the video. the rubber mount at the transmission may have come apart and let it droop down enough to hit. Again kinda hard to tell by the video, but I've also heard loose torque converter bolts/ cracked flex plates make a similar noise.

Loose muffler rubbing against something or catalytic converter coming apart inside? What is your oil pressure gauge doing? Oil pressure naturally goes up & down in step with the engine rpms and the gauge will accurately show that on earlier Wrangler TJs. Newer models like 2001 or so and newer have oil pressure gauges that stay in the center so long as the real oil pressure is ok.
It’s on and off tho. One day it’ll be perfectly quiet then I slow down and it makes it at low rpm then I give it gas and it’s gone.
That's exactly what I needed to hear, check your torque converter bolts and flex plate now! At low rpm the flex plate will bump back and forth on the slop and make the noise, with load against it, it will push to one side and hold constant under the pressure, thus no noise. If its cracked, it may be very hard to see as they normally crack around the crank hub, you may want to have a mechanic look at it.
By the way, I would still check to see if the exhaust is rubbing first (very easy to see), if a motor mount collapsed the engine torque could lift it off the skid while under load, and drop it back down to where it can hit off throttle.
