Help identifying rear bumper

Does anyone know what bumper this is? And maybe what year Jeep it's on? If you're familiar with it what's your thoughts on it.

Based on the vent, the Jeep is a 03-06 TJ. No idea what the bumper/carrier is. The double hitch receiver is weird. What about it do you like?

That’s similar to a comment you made about my rear bumper about a year ago when I asked a similar question. A year later and it’s been a very good bumper.

The photos are too close in to get any perspective. Without seeing the whole bumper, or some other angles, it's almost impossible to ID. It looks like a one-off home made bumper IMO.

Having owned rear bumpers with tire carriers built-in, I can personally say that I hate them with a passion. That's not to say that there isn't a good one out there (I believe the Metalcloak one is very good, but it's also something to the tune of $1500).

The cheaper ones are all garbage though IMHO. The swing away tire carrier starts to sag after time which makes it harder to just swing open and close, it's also a pain in the butt to have to open the carrier anytime you want to get into your trunk (I think so at least).

That being said, I don't know which rear bumper that is unfortunately.

To answer your question .. Help identifying rear bumper?....its the straight bit of metal, normally at the back below the spare wheel..... (yes I know Im a smart ass)
