This is for a 2000 Sahara 4.0L I6 automatic.
My fan wasn't blowing at all so I recently replaced the a/c and heater control with this one: ac and heater control
now the fan works at all speeds in the a/c and defrost positions but doesn't work at all in the two vent positions (one position is shown in the photo).
after installing the new controller I had the ac fixed at a local shop. the mechanic/owner who did the work suggested it was due to a bad unit so I ordered another one and installed it this morning with same results.
last fall I replaced the wiring connector to the resistor which had burned-out. the resistor looks okay.
any suggestions about what to check next?
