Greetings, I am new to this forum. I have a 2001 Wrangler Sport, 4.0. Earlier this week I was backing down my drive and the Jeep stalled in the road. As I turned the key, there was nothing. It only mad a couple of clicks but would not turn over. I replaced the battery (which was shot) and cleaned starter contacts and everything was fine. A couple of days later, I noticed that it was driving a bit rough. As I hit bumps or rough patches in the road it would lose a bit of power. It never lost total power and stalled, it just felt like it was trying to. Soon after the check engine light came on and the code was P1391. I changed out the cam and crank sensors. I reset the code, and after 5 minutes of running the code came back on. This time is was really running bad. Rpm's were surging while in park and the engine was missing worse than before I changed out the sensors. Any ideas?
