Hood hold downs

So I was having bad hood flutter and a super annoying chirp on every bump from the spring under the hood because of worn out hood hold downs. Over the weekend I finally got around to changing them out. I went with the Mopar ones again and it is soooo much better now. I had to cut the old ones off because the nuts were rusted so badly the bolts started spinning. Anyways I put some new nuts on but they are not the original spec. Theyre not locking nuts and they already started to loosen. Does anyone know what size the OEM nuts are that are on the piece for the hood? I found the ones for the fenders online but I'm having trouble with the hood.

You could also add some blue loctite to the nuts to keep them in place.

@MaloStapalo yeah I put a little on the ones on the fenders just not the hoods. Would just like to get the originals if I could

For those I might even go with red Loctite

Might be quicker to pull one off and run down to Lowes or Home Depot.

@Rob5589 yeah I could try that. I checked Ace Hardware but no luck there.

Ace should have metric stainless nyloc nuts.

Hood side is 6mm 1.0 pitch
Fender side is 8mm 1.25 pitch
