Hood insulation (for sound, not heat)

For me it’s all about heat (see original post) and I just put some self adhesive heat/sound insulation in 2 sections, hoping to stop the spread of the “crows fingers”….time will tell.

Original paint (2005) Flame Red, yes, Phoenix area…definitely the hot part….
