How do I center my steering wheel?

I recently picked up a 2001 TJ. It had a lift installed at some point and the steering wheel is now off center. I looked at several how tos, but I don't have a stock setup and am not seeing what I expect to see. It looks like there is a heavy duty drag link (possibly rugged ridge?), but I'm not seeing how to adjust it to center the wheel. Anyone have tips or do I need to take it to an alignment shop?

There's no separate adjustment link on that drag link, you screw the driver's side joint in or out to adjust it. If the steering takes the Jeep left when the steering wheel is held centered, lengthen the drag link by unscrewing the driver's side.

Looks like there is a rod end on both ends of the drag link, if so, you’ll need to loosen the jamb nuts, loosen the stabilizer bracket, and then twist the whole rod as you would adjusting the toe.
