Hello all,

I have a steering stabilizer for now until i can mount my hydro assist cylinder. My main question is how to correctly align a steering stabilizer? I have the clamp style mount for the drag link, so do i just turn the Jeep to the left full lock so the shaft of the stabilizer is fully extended? Then tighten everything up or is there more too it?

Thanks for the responses in advance!!

Put it on when the wheels are perfectly centered straight ahead. It's honestly probably the simplest thing you could do, and pretty hard to mess up. If the wheels aren't turned at all, the steering stabilizer will be at half its travel.

I have the Currie steering so i have a clamp i need to mount and idk where center would be (half shaft). I know the factory steering has the mount built in but in my case i don’t have that lol.

Here’s my steering stabilizer with my Currie steering, does this help?
