How much is a hardtop worth?

Prices must have gone up because I think I sold mine for $800 a few years ago and I didn’t exactly have people lined up at that price. It was in fair-good condition for 15 years old, had factory tinted windows, and a sunroof that was put in aftermarket. Maybe the sunroof turned people off but it was pretty awesome to me.

Keep in mind what area you live in factors heavily in the price..I have a friend in Mass that almost has to give hardtops away..I would say in your area and a sunroof you did pretty good

I tried selling mine for 800 and had no takers. Couple people tried to low ball me, but that's it. Where I am, everyone gets a hard to fit the winter, so there are lots of them around. Now that the TJ is becoming an extra vehicle for most, hard tops aren't as useful. We don't drive them in the winter anymore so it's hard to sell the hard tops.
