How to hook up DRL on LED headlights

I recently got my father's 2005 Wrangler TJ Rubicon Unlimited and I have been converting all of the lighting to LED's. I installed the headlights plug n play but did not connect he DRLs. I wanted to try my hand and do it the simplest way possible. I just picked up this kit link below. But wanted to know the best method to install it. My confusion is with which fuse box I will have to tap into? Additionally, I am trying to avoid splicing if I can.
