Hyper flash and no left rear brake light

Hello I have a 2000 TJ and I’m having some issues with my drivers side lighting. I have hyper flash on my turn signals (all bulbs are good) and when I press my brake pedal and my lights are on it kills my drivers side taillight completely, with the headlights off it acts normally minus the hyper flash. Any suggestions are appreciated
 
Have you checked the grounding points for that taillight? The taillights use the body for their ground, and can be a little problematic if the grounding points aren't getting a good connection.
