I need help with tail lights

So my rear passenger lights went out I unplugged the tail light to plug in the drive side to see if plug was bad it didn’t work and now after that the drive side quit working and now can’t find the cause plz help

The tail light grounds to the tub via the bolts that hold it on. Is the light that isn't working attached or loose?
