Inner Fender Hardware Question

The p/o of my jeep installed a hitch and when he did so, he apparently decided not to reinstall all of the inner fender hardware. The back of my inner fenders are loose and hang down from time to time and I would like to fix them. I can’t seem to find the appropriate hardware. Anyone have any idea what I need to fix it back to how it should be?

They are push in fastners. I use zip ties since once those come out they are generally trashed anyway.

FYI, your local ACE Hardware will have these in stock, I know mine does. I'd just go down there and grab some.
