Interior LED Lighting swap issue

Personally, haven't heard of anyone having issues from running LED's off the oem relay, just the fast blinking. The issue seems to have happened from when you removed and reinstalled the dash cluster which isn't a tough or aggressive process since it just plugs in. Now you also mentioned you wiggled something and got some lights back. You could try wiggling stuff again and see if you can find where the bad connection is.

If I were you, I would check if you're getting power to the multifunction switch. If yes, I'd probably order one from rockauto for 25 bucks to see if that solves it. Have read the internals in those sometimes just get bad with age. It sounds like something was on the verge of disconnecting and when you messed with the dash you bumped into whatever that was.

I will probably head in that direction. I have checked out some on Amazon, Part Geeks,...and they seem to be all over the board on pricing. I realize the real OEM cost difference, but I am talking just 3rd party ones.
Good advice. Thanks.
