jack stand placement saftey question

Kroil gets my bolts out along with tapping the tighten/loosen trigger on my impact to jolt em loose. I NEVER use a socket wrench on them unless they were recently removed and have Anti-Sieze on em.

I have not broken any using this method since my first Jeep back in 2004, which I used a socket wrench on. It only had 32k miles on it but they still snapped.

This kind of work needs to be done on the ground to be safe, the 4-post lift has other jobs it is useful for. From the ground you can chock your front wheels, jack it up at the diff and put your jack stand on the axles. Should be fine with some Kroil breaking the remaining shock bolts free.

move the jeep a few inches left or right then 1 jackstand on the ramp and one in the tray. I do it all the time with my 59 with the X frame
