Leak on passenger side

I've had a leak on my passenger side driver's door since I got the jeep. I think it may be the seals around the cabin fan on the inside. If i leave the jeep in the rain over night this is about how much water gets in. The seal is very wet but i cannot tell where the water is dripping from exactly. Also is that is my problem where can i get some seals to replace the rotted ones?

Remove the cowl cover in front of the windshield and make sure the cowl drain isn't clogged. If it is, water can pool up and enter thru your blower motor air box area.
