Leaky rear axle seal, what'd I mess up?

Unless I'm missing something my manual said fill it till it seeps out of the fill hole. I didn't really think you could overfill it.

Most non-stock covers have higher fill holes.

Leaking again. Bought the SKF (and lighting money on fire for another bearing). Will knock it out early next week.
