lifting my gf's jeep

32's are out there and common. :)
this is probably a stupid question, but do these tires fit on these rims,

Get a 1.25in body lift on top of the 2" OME, which will really give you closer to 2.5", and you will be good for 33's, IF you have 4.56 gearing

X2. A 2" lift plus that 1.25" body lift will be enough for 33" tires. With the OME lift, you'll come out closet to 3.75" of lift total.

Any body lift is fine, the Performance Accessories 1" is fine and inexpensive. 3.25" 2" SL plus 1 or 1.25" BLof clearance is enough for around town, but 4" is better if she wants to go off road. A 3" suspension lift plus a 1 inch body lift is ideal for 33x12.5 or 33x10.5 tires. Either of which would be fine on those wheels.

That will entail a lot more stuff that would be fun to afford! You're right, of course. ;)
