Hi All,

I recently purchased a 50 inch LED Lightbar that states it is 288w and draws 21.42 amps. The problem I'm having is that the fused power wire is over heating. The unit came with a 25A fuse which blew. I upgraded that to a 30A fuse which now causes the wire to get extremely hot before the fuse melts. The light itself works fine and due to the time it's taking for the wiring to heat up and blow the fuse I know there are no shorted out circuits. I have a relay in line. I have read online that I should be using an 8 AWG wire but I'm just using the wiring harness supplied with the light (from China). Any ideas on how to resolve my problem (well at least this particular one)??
