Well after sitting around for a month or so with not much to do I just found out that our new kitchen cabinets are being delivered tomorrow so I'm pretty much spoken for in the coming days/weeks.

Welp, ended up with a bought of gout and have been off my feet for a few days.

A little last minute plan to go out to Table Mesa area Saturday the 12th if anyone wants to meet up. Not planning to do hard core run (but we could) but more scenic. Maybe trail to Black canyon City. Short morning run before it gets warm in the afternoon.
I have to be in California this weekend, but I always will try when a ride comes up that I can do.

I can do Sunday if it's better for you or anyone else that wants to join. Sunday is supposed to be a little cooler any way.

Unfortunately, Sundays are no bueno. Sunday is my Monday at work. I have Thursday, Friday and Saturday off and every other Wednesday.

Yeah, it's getting hot in a hurry - 103+ forecast for this coming weekend. We've been lucky so far. I would like to get a run in before hibernating for the summer.
I'm going out to Bulldog Canyon Saturday morning with my wife. It'll be her first run off road so I want to take it easy on her LOL
