wrangle sahara is seting stock with 31_10.5_15s thatvery rarely ever rub a tinny bit. What is a good reliable but affordable way to get 35s under it? Im not trying to get way up in the air and it doesnt really see much of anything people would call rock crawling. I like old sometimes untraveled back in the sticks road where you come accoss some mud that you have to turn around or may be stuck for day. A lot of tire poke is illegal in WV but when lifting it im buying wheels and tires. I want tires out flush"small poke" so would love to gey the spects on a wheel to do so or just a small spacer but I wont use very thick ones.. Thank you for any help you may have....

Define "affordable". In other words, what is your budget? To run 35s the right way you're looking at ~$10,000 unless you do the work yourself and cobble together a bunch of parts.

You might want to rethink 35s and either stick with your 31s or move up to a 33x10.5R15.
