Looking for spacers with 5x5 to 5x4.5 lug pattern for JK rear axle swap

I’m swapping an 07 jk rear axle into my 97 TJ. I don’t want to have wheels with different lug patterns. I can’t find spacers with a 5x5 to 5x4.5 lug pattern. Anybody done this swap or have other options?

ya, i ran 2" spacers on my TJ front axle to keep it the same width, until i swapped it.

The jk axle is already wider than a tj axle. A jk axle with spacers will be a lot wider than the front tj axle.
