I worded that wrong. The issue was that the tire was hitting the inner fender when turned while articulating up, so I moved the inner fender back an inch so it wouldn't rub anymore. the scrub radius didn't change just clearanced the stock fenders which was a pain with the supports behind them but nothing a grinder and welder couldn't fix
