Maintenance list questions

Hello,
I own a 2004 4.0 Wrangler Sport which I bought in 2006, for $16,500
It's still my main ride. Talk about getting my money's worth.
My wife and I recently bought a Honda Insight Hybrid so we're now a two-car family <:
My jeep has 103K miles on it and I am on vacation for a few weeks in late July. I want to get some work done by my trustworthy auto service guys and I'd like to ask a review of my list and see what else you think I should add.
Most of the list is from the maintenance echelon so no surprises there.
I have an aftermarket rear bumper showing some rust and with no protection on the undercarriage, I have some rust concerns but have yet to do an inspection.
I have a high degree of interest in the chassis and suspension systems.
When I bought the Jeep I removed everything internally and did a thorough Herculiner coating which is holding well.
I've done no major repairs to this jeep except basic maintenance and replacing the shocks at 65,000 miles.
This has been probably tackled a million times here so pointing me to other forum posts will also be much appreciated.

The list looks alright to me but the transfer case has spent it's life between the axles and the transmission and will be very disappointed if it doesn't get its fluid changed when they do.

Looks like you got most items covered. I think I’d change transfer case fluid also. How old are the tires?

I'd change the transfer case fluid also...

Definitely check your rust concerns before moving forward with anything else... (We just did this with our '99)

Also cleaning the inside of your throttle body & the IAC (idle air controller) with a can of aerosol throttle body cleaner wouldn't hurt...

My understanding is the 4.0L doesn't really have a PCV valve (so to speak) so you really don't need to worry about that... Basically TJ's with the 4.0 do it differently. There is a long small plastic vacuum line that runs from the intake to an elbow at the back of the valve cover that has a calibrated restriction built-in (about .060"???).... No real PVC valve.

If you're doing plugs do the cap & rotor too..... (few dollars) & use plugs recommended for the 4.0...

Awesome info, thank you. Some things I haven't considered which I'll add to the list.
I'm considering replacing all coolant hoses. Do you think at 100K that's a wise investment or waste of money? There's no visible faults or leaks I see, just age.

Tires are from 2009. I spent money on quality Bridgestones and has them installed by a truck service shop. They still have good life. Pretty amazing to me.

I really appreciate the advice. I have a 3 years old and what I've noticed is available time on these projects has disappeared and is precious.

I think replacing coolant hoses is cheap insurance. I have 120k miles on my 2000 TJ and had a random pinhole leak in my coolant hose. A real PITA when you're out on the highway away from home. I never would have guessed a hose to go bad that quick, not the greatest quality OEM hoses IMHO.

Another curiosity question if I may.
What does everyone use for quality parts at the best prices?
I know of Amazon, Quadratec, Morris4x4, JC Whitney.
I'm just wondering if another discount parts supplier has come on the market or should I stick with these big ones and shop for the best prices.
I'm off to talk with my mechanic this week.
I'd love to do this work myself, and I have the knowledge, but I don't have the time or workspace so paying for labor is off to where I'll go >:
