I have a leak coming from my manual transmission, 2002 TJ 4.0. I just change the fluid, and after the leak seems to have developed. There seems to be a vent/weep hole center line of the fill plug about 3 inches towards the Rear. Seem to only leak when the Jeep is on. I ideas? Maybe just do to me over filling the transmission?

Kinda looks like the clutch slave cylinder hose is rubbing on the transmission case. Can you check the quantity of fluid in you clutch master cylinder?

Clean the oily residue from the side of the transmission, drive the Jeep for a couple days and then determine the source of the oil leak.
After purchasing my '01 I had what appeared to be a transmission leak and would smell a gear lube odor when the windows were partially open. After wiping the transmission thoroughly and driving the Jeep for a couple days; I discovered the oil was coming from the top of the transmission. The problem was the inner shifter boot has several tears in the boot and shifter mount were quite loose.
I replaced the inner shifter boot and tightened the shifter to the transmission top; the odor and gear lube leak were gone.

Actually I confirmed the oil is coming out of the hole that is circled in red. About a drip every 5-10 seconds. Only drips when the engine is running. Any ideas what that hole is?
