Have you looked into using a freight forwarding service where they give you a USA address to ship to and then they consolidate any purchases and ship to you?
FWIW I was after a Savvy transfer case cable kit shipped to Australia. Savvy wanted $160 US for shipping a $160 part. Quadratec were $64 for shipping the Novak version. The freight forwarding company were less than $40 US and I could order the Savvy part.
When you're not in the USA a big part of shopping is comparing shipping pricing and finding options.
I have never heard of these freight forwarding companies. You got some names I can look up?
I just did a quick google, this one gives you some idea.

I use people like this when either the seller will ship to US only, or in Savvys case they are uncompetitive for international freight.
I am starting to think that I'm SOL.

So Craigslist guy emailed me back, told me to call his cell # but I can’t find it. Asked him to send it to me and if he had any actual pictures of the bumper. We will see!

Someone explain to me, on eBay.com under All Categories I type in "Warn 9.5TI Winch W/ Aftermarket Front Bumper for 2006 Jeep Wrangler" exactly as the title is for the other Bumper thats on this thread and basically get no result for it.
What's up with that? Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong. I tried to revise the wording and basically nothing makes it come up. I am just trying to figure out my searching on there so that in the future if something does come up I get the actual result.

Yes, seller had the bumper.
My brother lives about 10 minutes from the seller and picked it up this afternoon.

Yes, he'll ship. He said he thought Greyhound was probably the most affordable method. I'll check this week. My brother was really nice about getting the bumper, I'll have to pick up a nice bottle of bourbon for him.
