I have a VERY barebones 3" lift, other than shocks, springs and bump stops what are the most important components to swap after getting a 3" lift, I'd love a list most important to least important things to swap. also I already read Chris's thread on lifts

Well a lot of that depends on your tires and future plans with your Jeep. Adjustable control arms and adj. track bars are gonna be crucial to get your axle back where it should be. BMB pads and centric premium rotors would be a minimum IMO. I have the Vanco 15" BBK with 33s and I definitely think the extra cost is worth it no questions asked. I'm assuming you have some kind of transfer case drop in place with your 3" lift, getting that out and a SYE and double cardan driveshaft would be pretty high on my list as well. You'll need at an absolute minimum the rear upper adj. control arms to set the SYE and driveshaft up properly but you'd be better far off with all 8 adj. control arms. Once you do all that you're well on your way to doing a tummy tuck.

Do you know what brand your shocks and springs are?

teraflex springs and biltstine shocks, and im already planning to do a sye as soon as I have the funds

Well after you take care of the above, I'd think about swapping those shocks IF they aren't what you're looking for in terms of ride comfort and up travel and down travel. Good thing is a lot of decent and good quality shocks aren't too expensive. That'd be a good opportunity to set your bump stops as well.

Rear track bar relocation bracket, and front/rear adjustable track bars.
Extended sway bar end links.
Adjustable control arms.
Bump stop extensions.
BL/MML?
