Nice work Tom!
Nice work and clean install compared to many I've seen. Mine included.

Ain’t that the truth. I still need to redo mine
I can't look at this picture. I think my heart stopped beating!
I just realized I can’t put my Viair 400H air compressor on there. The Blue Sea block is rated for 30 amp per circuit (100 amp max total). The compressor says it has 30 amp max draw and came with a 40 amp fuse. I guess I’ll just leave it hooked up to the battery.
You could go get a terminal out of a primary junction box and put it in the factory box. I grabbed on out of a ford and use the terminals for fuses and relays.
I didn’t think of that option.

Are you comparing apples to apples? If the block rating is for 30A continuous, then I'm not sure there's a problem. If it says it requires a maximum 30A fuse, then yeah that's a problem.
Well, I don’t know. This is what Blue Sea says for the block.

Started my add-on fuse block project. I used a Blue Sea 6 circuit block. 6 gauge Extreme Dual-Jacket cables from batterycablesusa.com with appropriate lugs on each end as needed (3/8” for the battery ends, 3/16” for the + and - of the add-on fuse block and 5/16” for the ANL fuse holder) with a Blue Sea ANL fuse holder with 100 amp fuse on the power side. The block is mounted to the lid of the PDC with industrial Velcro for now. I was going to mount it on the hinge side of the lid, but the hood hit it slightly when closed. I also used some old winch cable boots on the + ends for just a little more protection. I still need to cut and re-route all my wiring for my windshield lights, rear bumper lights, CB and air compressor. In the future, some rock lights will be added.

That block won’t handle the 40 amp circuit,
I would bolt that to the lid if that is where you are installing it. You have some big battery cables there if the Velcro decides to come loose.

What's the purpose of an ANL fuse block? I haven't seen one of those before
