My Bestop Is Torn!

That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard. Below 30? I mean if you were up in Fairbanks AK I could see them saying that they don't build it to support temps at 40 below & you're on your own, but below 30 degrees seems like a temp that is experienced by the majority of the country.

And that’s why I only had a soft top on for three weeks max.

I got a hold of Bestop today regarding my split back glass on my soft top from my previous post. They told me that since it was below 30° it wasn’t warrantied.
So I guess if it’s cold you’re not allowed to use your windows….

#1. Bestop never warranties the back glass on any soft top.
#2. Maybe Bestop thought you were dumb enough to try to roll up a frozen plastic window, since you apparently told them the temperature outside.
p.s. I accidently left my keys in my Jeep the other week during an ice/snow storm and locked the doors because the wife left her purse/SUITCASE in there. I unzipped my side window and crawled through it with zero damage to the window. 10 degree temps that morning (not including the windchill) with ice on them.
