Just replaced my opda as i has a p0016 and p0334 codes. Actually seems like it’s running smoother at idle now. Haven’t taken it out on the road. Need to do brakes. Looks like a decent amount of wear on the old OPDA

How many miles on that thing? Looks to me the wear is pretty much negligible. Mine was much worse when I changed it out and it was throwing no codes at all. Did you check the condition of the sensor?

125,000 miles, sensor has what looks like a little scuffing. I figured I’d change the OPDA reinstall the old sensor drive it around and see if I get any codes. Because I doubt it would be the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft sensor at the same time.
