I’m trying to get the old bump stops out but they are too stuck and too crumbly. I need some new ideas other than chisels and vise grips.

Honestly some elbow grease is your best bet. It all crumble eventually and fall right out.

razor blade or even a flat blade screwdriver. Just dig away at them, they'll crumble out as noted.

X2 take a flat head screwdriver and pry it out. It will be a mess, but it will come out eventually. Also, spray some WD40 or equivalent as you pry the sides.

Wd40 was exactly it and they pried right out with a chisel. Thanks
