Need help with my bumper build

Would anybody happen to have a template or the measurements of the mounting locations on the frame for the front bumper? The internet is not being kind to me right now and I'm trying not to pull the beast of a front bumper off my TJ right now to get accurate measurements.

Any help would be appreciated
